All About the TEAM

I am by far the luckiest man in the world.  How do I know this? I have the best crew any business owner could hope for.  The TEAM at Neinfeldt Cycle is knowledgeable, friendly, experienced and to top it off, they have fun.  Because of this, our customers are rewarded with great service and quality workmanship from people who really care.   And chances are you'll share a laugh or two.  So keep reading and meet the entire crew!

Showroom

Karen - Merchandise and Apparel Manager since 2003

While noticeably the best looking of the group, we are thankful for every day that she puts up with us and here's the reason.  She goes the extra mile for every person that walks through the door.  Every sale is tailored to each individual customer and when they leave, they leave with exactly what they wanted...even when they weren't quite sure what they wanted.  To top that off, she is a fellow rider as well.  In 2006, she bought a beautiful red Heritage Softail named "Rosie" and takes her for a spin whenever possible.

John - Parts Manager since 1994

By talking to John you will soon find out that he is one of the most knowledgeable Harley-Davidson parts managers that you'll find.  Old Harleys or new, he's been involved with and owned them his entire life and has a wealth of experience to pull from.  When you stop in, make sure to ask him about his suped-up lawn mower racer.

Steve - Chief Technician since 2000

Steve is the most experienced Harley-Davidson fuel injection technician in the area and an invaluable part of the team.  He is not only an avid Harley rider but also the President of the local Rapid Angels Motorcycle Club.  Currently his on the Dyracuse Park Committee and serves as the liason between the Park committee and the State.

To know more about Dyracuse Park, go to the "Favorite Links" and check out the Rapid Angels and Dyracuse Park websites.
