BIO of the SNORTSTER

Axtell Mountain Motor Kit with custom everything, yeah, everything.  The aluminum frame was custom built by Chuck and tweaked over time for strength and durability, while maintaining the lightest possible weight.

The motor is 1442cc(88 cubic inch) which is small by today's standards.  Built in 1988, this motor is still winning National titles 18 years later.  It was designed specifically for light internals and for high RPM's.  There is no transmission and is geared for a top speed of approximately 80mph.  Remember that this is 80mph top speed going UP a hill!!
